A FINAL TEA, A LASTING LEGACY
It was a special afternoon at the Abbey yesterday as we welcomed back former adult learning staff for their last afternoon tea together before the Abbey closes.
These wonderful ladies once ran the adult learning classes here, shaping countless lives through education and community.

We also took a moment to remember April Halton, head of adult learning at the time, and the maple tree planted years ago in her honour, now standing tall in the Abbey grounds. A beautiful reminder of her lasting impact.
