📍 Buckinghamshire - Launching Spring 2026
↓ Get Rooted for early access, member privileges & updates Rooted in nature, our retreat is designed to help you step away from the noise of modern life, slow your pace and return to your roots. Launching in Spring 2026, our first retreat will offer a small collection of thoughtfully designed cabin stays for two, set within open countryside and shaped by big skies, nature on your doorstep and moments of private wellness. Days are taken at your own pace — long walks from the door, time to unwind, outdoor living, nearby village amenities, or simply the quiet peace of your own private cabin. The fires are being lit inside, and our “a little more” menu has had a seasonal update that we know you’re going to love.

Here’s what’s new for Autumn and Winter:

We’re bringing Après to the Chilterns with fondue by the fire. Indulge in either Alpine cheeses or indulgent Swiss chocolate (or, of course, both), served in beautiful Staub UK cast iron fondue pots with all the trimmings. Each comes with its own w**e pairing — a crisp, dry Riesling for The Cheese Edit or a sparkling red for those who prefer the sweeter side of Après.

Two new ways to check in to your cabin and out of the doomscroll. Whether you fancy exploring the Chilterns analogue-style or getting cosy, locking your phone away and making space for some new memories, captured on your very own KLIK

And our Pie & Pinot package includes two handmade pies, fresh from Oxmoor Farm, buttery potatoes your way, gravy and seasonal vegetables, all paired with the perfect pinot.

On top of all that, we still have our popular breakfast and dinner packages, fireside treats (with an extra warming Baileys upgrade), and a treatment in the spa is just a few steps away from your cabin.

October is full, so if you’re dreaming of a cosy cabin escape this Autumn, now’s the time to find your dates.

We like nature but, we also like:

A plush king sized bed

A gorgeous outdoor bath tub

W**e straight out the fridge

A hamper of goodies on arrival

Slow mornings in bed

Blankets and board games

Getting cosy next to the fire

All with nature literally on your doorstep.

What “luxuries” are you not willing to give up?

Our locals: episode 01.

Twenty minutes from the cabins, Peterley Manor Farm has become the place we send everyone - for the farm shop and the cafe, or a class at ROAM training or Wellness in the Yurt.

Most of what’s in the shop is grown or reared within a few miles of where you’re standing, and the cafe food is even more delicious enjoyed surrounded by rolling countryside.

We walk over more days than not to stock up with fresh produce for the welcome hampers and thoughtful extras when you book, so you know you’re getting the best in the area.

They also have a calendar of seasonal events, many worth planning your stay around.

We’re currently running an incredible GIVEAWAY in collaboration with this wonderfully run farm. See our post from last week to enter.

Highly recommended. Worth the detour.
