Growing with the seasons 🌿
Earlier this year, we started our very own herb garden here at The Peacock at Rowsley, with a simple aim, to make the hotel more sustainable, whilst bringing a little more of the garden into the kitchen.

From fresh herbs to homegrown flavours, it’s a small step towards making the most of what we grow and reducing the distance from garden to plate.

And as the garden continues to grow, so does our commitment to doing things a little more sustainably. 🌱
