⭐ Guest Review – Sea for Miles ⭐
Sea for Miles – Two-Bedroom Beachside Caravan, Caister-on-Sea
There's no better recommendation than hearing from guests who have stayed with us. Here's a genuine review from one of our recent visitors.

"We had a wonderful stay at Sea for Miles, a beautiful, clean, modern, home-from-home caravan. The beds are so comfy, and the amazing power shower was a real treat. The enclosed veranda had a lovely seating area and was perfect to sit on at any time of the day, especially in the morning with your morning cuppa 😀.
The caravan itself is very modern and well equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen & a good size modern cooker, so you could easily make meals if you choose to. We used the grill to make breakfast, and it was quick and easy to get going.
The site itself is peaceful and quiet, and the beach is literally a stone's throw away. It's well worth an early-morning visit to watch the sunrise.
Peter, the host, was lovely and couldn't do enough for us 😊. He was there on arrival to give us the key, show us around, and make sure we had everything we needed. His warm welcome really helped us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The town is only a five-minute walk away, where there are a couple of shops, along with some lovely places to eat and welcoming pubs.
You could easily stay in the caravan and enjoy the facilities but if you prefer to eat out, here are some of our recommendations:
Old Manor Café — literally just down the road from the caravan on the left-hand side, this lovely little café is run by the sweetest gentlemen. They serve a lovely breakfast at a fabulous price and also have lots of little knick-knacks for sale. It's such a welcoming place to visit. When we went, some locals were enjoying a get-together, and they all made us feel very welcome. It's also very dog-friendly 🐕 and is an absolute must-visit!
Caister Lifeboat Café — literally just down the road, serving breakfast, lunch and daily specials. The breakfast baps are HUGE and very tasty 😋. The Lifeboat Museum is also free to visit!
The Ship on Victoria Street — also just a stone's throw away, this is a lovely, welcoming pub serving amazing food, including a Sunday lunch. They recommend booking a table, especially if you're visiting at a busy time.
Branford's Restaurant and Bar — around a 10-minute walk away, just next to Lidl, and well worth a visit. The rack of ribs is to die for, and the generous portion sizes are excellent value for money.
Castle Carvery — just up from Lidl, this family-friendly restaurant and bar has both indoor and outdoor play areas. Food is served all day, making it a great choice if you fancy a traditional carvery or a classic pub meal. The food was delicious, and the service was great.
Fancy a pint? Why not support the local Community Social Club? It's just around the corner in a bright blue building. For just a couple of pounds for a holiday membership, you can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and customers, reasonably priced drinks, and a huge b**r garden.
All of the places mentioned above are dog-friendly too, which was a lovely bonus! 🐾
A perfect place for a relaxing break — we would happily return!"
