We’ve just had a cancellation in our two bedroomed barn!
Located in walking distance of some beautiful beaches and fabulous countryside walks, with a dog friendly courtyard everyone will have a great time.

We had an enquiry a few months ago for a week in August (3-10th August) but our enquiry has gone walkies…
If this was you please reach out ASAP as we won’t be able to hold the date for much longer.

Eagle eyes… spot the heron on the boat house deck last night… he’s got his eyes on the fishies 😖 Ted keeps telling him to buzz off so hopefully he will get the memo soon.

Dairy fully booked for summer now but still some availability in the Parlour (1 bedroomed barn).

Wowee - it’s a bit blowy down our beaches at the moment but summer time is just around the corner. We still have lots of summer slots available so if you’re looking for a Pat friendly, family friendly and just generally friendly holiday in Norfolk - get in touch.

We love recommending local places to eat to our guests and here is a cracker!
You will not get a nicer all round meal than here. Their locally sourced produce is prepared into absolutely magical meals.
Just don’t have any sticky toffee please… that’s mine.
