Terms & Conditions
• Jackie’s chalet will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. We will contact you if there is some flexibility in these times
• The chalet sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
• All bed linen is provided and tea towels available. Please bring your own towels and additional pillow/ blanket to suit your comfort needs.
• We will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained inside or in the vicinity of the chalet.
• Whilst we do as much as we can to ensure the chalet and its contents are in full working order, you will make no claims against the owner for any defects. We will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
• A £75 damages deposit will be required and is to be paid with your total balance 28 days prior to booking.
• Your damage deposit will be returned to you by 3pm the day you leave if inspection of the chalet is satisfactory
• If any items are damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Any damages will be taken from your deposit amount and will include a fair inconvenience charge for replacing the items. Your deposit will still be refunded if you replace the item like for like.
• If any items have been stolen, then you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit, no matter how big or small the item is.
• If items are damaged that are not easily replaced (e.g., carpet/ sofa/ structural) then you will not be eligible for a refund and depending on circumstances, will not be able to return to the chalet in future seasons.
• There will be a £30 fee if the key has been lost or damaged during your stay
• Electricity is paid for by the occupier using the electricity meter in the bedroom cupboard. Electricity cards are available from the Amusement Arcade and shop.
• You will be responsible for keeping the chalet clean and tidy and all rubbish taken to the bins available outside in the car park
