Thinking about hitting the road in one of our comfy campervans? Here’s what you need to know to make your booking smooth and hassle-free:

1. Refundable Damage Deposit: A £500 deposit is required at the time of collection. Don’t worry; this amount is fully refundable after the campervan is returned and all checks are completed.

2. Flexible Collection & Drop-off: Our standard collection time is 12 PM and drop-off is 10 AM. If these times don’t suit your schedule, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

3. Driving Record Requirements: For insurance purposes, if you have over 6 points on your driving record, we regret to inform you that we won’t be able to provide coverage, and therefore, you won’t be able to hire the camper.

4. Insurance Coverage: Our insurance covers drivers aged 21 to 79 who have been driving for at least two years. If you don’t meet these criteria, we unfortunately can’t proceed with the hire.
