A Traditional Fisherman’s Cottage

I’ve owned the cottage for a while now and it’s my ‘special go to place’ where I have had many happy times. The cottage is named after my son who is now eighteen and he’s been going there all his life – it was his first holiday! We have spent many wonderful days in the cottage and exploring the surrounding area and wonderful Norfolk regardless of the weather! I’m sure you’ll have a fabulous holiday too.

It was fate when I found the property but a series of events led me to the cottage, one of the best decisions of my life.

Henrys Cottage is in the heart of Winterton village and is a wonderfully homely place that immediately makes you feel comfortable and at peace. Open fires make it cosy in winter and a fantastic sun trap of a garden make it the ideal relaxation spot on a sunny day.

Henrys Cottage is essentially a two up two down traditional fisherman’s cottage, with a unique feeling that wraps itself around you – it’s a house that makes you smile. It’s not the poshest or the most modern but it’s warm and welcoming and the moment you walk in the door, you start to relax and unwind… the perfect holiday destination in traditional Norfolk.
