Some of you will know that at the end of last season Vicky & I made the difficult decision to sell chalet 253. However that hasn't happened yet and so we're pleased to say that we're taking bookings for short breaks of 3 or more nights (FRIDAYS NOT INCLUDED), for the months of June and July. We will then take bookings on a rolling month to monthly basis so as not to let any of our guests down.

Hi everyone, it's that time of year again, well maybe a touch late due to having some new double glazing on the front of the chalet!
Today we have made our annual donations to the following charities: In total we donated £2,128.00 thanks to our lovely guests.
Animals In Need Northamptonshire £640.00
Caring For The Animals Trust £190.00
New Hope Animal Rescue £470.00
Norfolk Greyhound Rescue £368.00
Romania Animal Rescue Neuter Programme

I have shared a few photos of the chalet as it was last year.
We are currently decorating, to give it a fresh feel for the new season and have upgraded the double glazing at the front of the chalet as well as a few other upgrades to the fixtures and fittings. We will update the photos once we have finished 😊.

Now just 2 weeks left for 2026!

A happy new year to all of our guests past, present and future!
We are already getting quite booked up for 2026, so we wanted to let you all know what availability we have left for this season.
As we now only have one chalet, our booking availability has changed a little to allow more flexibility for our guests.
In general, we will be taking bookings for either Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday. This means that there will at times, be long weekends available and we will advertise these as they come up.

The below dates can be altered to accommodate Monday to Friday bookings.
Saturday the 11th to Saturday the 18th of April.
Saturday the 29th of August to Saturday the 5th of September.

A £50 deposit secures your booking with the balance to be settled 4 weeks before your holiday begins.
Chalet 228 has two bedrooms and sleeps four, in twin and a double room. The shower room has a corner shower.
We have had new windows installed on the front of the chalet and more importantly, new sliding doors as the old ones were getting a bit dated.
There are no extra charges for dogs, bed linen or electricity.
The chalet is less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful dunes and dog friendly beach and there are shops, a fish & chip shop, a dog friendly cafe and pub within walking distance.
