Worst property booking company in the world 🌍
A year ago I called them with a new phone number. They supposedly changed it 🤦‍♀️🙄

I’ve checked on my back office (which is worst to navigate btw) and it hasn’t been changed 🫠🤬
So I changed it.

None of the guests could reach out to me, so I started sending them my number privately.

Last week booking.com calendar didn’t export any booking for two of our chalets. People came and it hasn’t been cleaned, as the cleaning lady never got the dates, as the Turno app didn’t receive any.

Called spoke to the agent for an hour or so. Changed my number again!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Fast forward to TODAY.

I wake up to a DOUBLE booking. Call them and it’s been a nightmare. My number still haven’t been changed, being bounced from one department to another, booking doesn’t want to take responsibility for double booking.

And when I asked for complaints department, one doesn’t exist 🤣🤷‍♀️🤬

Brought me to tears 😭 angry tears 😭 I wish people would come to us directly for bookings. We pay booking nearly 25% of the price. And get treated like sh*te. 🤬🤬🤬

So please, next time you go to booking, find the property you like, then put it in Google or facebook. Reach out to the host privately. We would be MORE THAN HAPPY to help you. ❤️❤️❤️
