🔴🔴🔴CHALET FOR SALE 🔴🔴🔴
Belle Air Holiday Park, Hemsby 🌊

With a heavy heart, we’ve decided to sell one of our much-loved chalets, Oriental, at Bel Air Holiday Park in Hemsby.

We simply don’t live close enough to our chalets anymore, and managing several properties remotely has become increasingly difficult. We’re now looking to invest a little closer to home instead.

🏡 2-bedroom chalet
🚿 1 bathroom with shower
📍 Bel Air Holiday Park, Hemsby
📅 Currently operating successfully as a holiday let
⭐ Around 95% occupancy
💷 Current annual business rates: £333
💷 8-month season + 2 weeks over Christmas: approx. £2,500 annual site fees
💷 11½-month season available for approximately £1,000 more
📈 Approx. 30% annual return
💰 £24.500 or nearest offer
💴 currently cheapest on Belle aire site

The existing Airbnb and Booking.com listings may also be available to pass on, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for an established holiday-let business rather than starting from scratch.

It’s genuinely been a successful little business for us, which is why selling it is such a difficult decision. ❤️

Message the page or 07798976660 for more information or to arrange a viewing.

Worst property booking company in the world 🌍
A year ago I called them with a new phone number. They supposedly changed it 🤦‍♀️🙄

I’ve checked on my back office (which is worst to navigate btw) and it hasn’t been changed 🫠🤬
So I changed it.

None of the guests could reach out to me, so I started sending them my number privately.

Last week booking.com calendar didn’t export any booking for two of our chalets. People came and it hasn’t been cleaned, as the cleaning lady never got the dates, as the Turno app didn’t receive any.

Called spoke to the agent for an hour or so. Changed my number again!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Fast forward to TODAY.

I wake up to a DOUBLE booking. Call them and it’s been a nightmare. My number still haven’t been changed, being bounced from one department to another, booking doesn’t want to take responsibility for double booking.

And when I asked for complaints department, one doesn’t exist 🤣🤷‍♀️🤬

Brought me to tears 😭 angry tears 😭 I wish people would come to us directly for bookings. We pay booking nearly 25% of the price. And get treated like sh*te. 🤬🤬🤬

So please, next time you go to booking, find the property you like, then put it in Google or facebook. Reach out to the host privately. We would be MORE THAN HAPPY to help you. ❤️❤️❤️

Booking.com shame on you. 👎👎👎 TWO HOURS on the phone, only to get hung up on.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Our what’s app chats has been completely wiped!! 😩😩😩😭😭😭

We have private bookings, I’ll go through emails too (but we have many emails from booking, Airbnb and other companies and private people)

Please if you have a booking with us, message us on what’s app 07798976660 again.
