Introducing Clare Moore – Your New Owner Experience Adviser
We are delighted to introduce Clare Moore, who is joining the team as your new Owner Experience Adviser.
Many of you may already recognise Clare, as she has spent the last year working alongside Emma, our Lettings Administrator, supporting the Owners Lettings team. During this time, Clare has built great relationships with many of our owners while gaining a thorough understanding of park operations and what matters most to our owner community.
Clare brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service, entertainment, and events, making her a fantastic addition to the Owner Experience team. She is certainly no stranger to holiday park life. Clare began her career in the holiday park industry in her early twenties as a Holiday Park Entertainer, where she loved creating memorable experiences for guests. She then progressed into the role of Assistant Entertainment Manager, developing her leadership skills while continuing to deliver outstanding entertainment programmes and exceptional customer experiences. Those early years gave Clare a genuine passion for holiday parks and the importance of making every interaction a positive one.
Throughout her career, Clare has always enjoyed roles that involve connecting with people, listening to their needs, and finding ways to make their experience even better. Her friendly personality, approachable nature, and commitment to providing excellent service make her perfectly suited to supporting our owners.
As your Owner Experience Adviser, Clare's role is all about ensuring you get the very best from ownership. Whether you have questions, feedback, ideas, or simply need a helping hand, Clare is here to listen, offer support, and help make your ownership journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. You'll regularly see Clare out and about around the park, chatting with owners, attending owner events, and getting involved in the community. She'll also be keeping in touch through regular phone calls to see how you're getting on, answer any questions, and ensure you have everything you need to make the most of your time with us.
Clare is passionate about creating positive experiences, building strong relationships, and making every owner feel valued. Her upbeat attitude, caring nature, and enthusiasm are already making a wonderful impression, and we're confident she will be a real asset to both our owners and the wider Haven family.
