I have a 3 bedroomed caravan for hire, it sleeps 8 people, has a veranda, fan heating and oil filled radiators, fully equipped for a lovely family holiday by the sea. It's sited on a Parkdean Resorts site called California Cliffs Holiday Park at Scratby, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. The site has indoor/outside heated pools with flume, paddling pool. Kid Club, Cabaret entertainment nightly, also come

dians, singers etc, Disco, bar & restuarant and Snack Bar. Club passes are required to use the sites club house facilities and can be purchased from reception upon arrival. We have a cleaner go in between guests and she also makes the beds ready for your arrival.

We ask for a £100 booking deposit to hold your week booked, this will come off the holiday balance.

We also ask for a £100 refundable security deposit, this is returned to you after your stay once our cleaner has checked for no loss or damage.

Our bookings are for a full weeks holiday only, Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am (our cleaner goes in on a Saturday to clean the caravan and will have your beds made ready for you)

We have a key safe for easy key collection.

Our family owned caravan sleeps 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. There is one master bedroom with a double bed and the two single bedrooms (both with two single beds, no bunk beds)

We have a lovely little enclosed veranda with outdoor seating.

We have a large lounge with tv and built in dvd player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an air fryer, slow cooker, griddle, microwave, fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle, iron and ironing board.

Our caravan is sited at California Cliffs holiday park at Scratby in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. It is just across the road to the beautiful beach which has easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
It sleeps 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and a pull-out bed in the lounge. It is a comfortable and spacious caravan with everything you'd need for a great week away at the seaside.

It is on a ParkDean Resorts site, has entertainment for all of the family, an indoor and outdoor pool with water slide. Go Karts, crazy golf, play park, multisport area. On-site chippy, shop and laundrette. Club passes are required to use the sites entertainment. Across the road there is the Pink Palace arcade, a burger bar and a Chinese takeaway, nearby are chip shops, cafes, wine bar, local pub which serves food, restaurant, Post Office, garden centre and a short drive or bus goes to nearby Hemsby, Caister and Great Yarmouth. Also on the doorstep of the beautiful Norfolk Broads. Book a day boat, ride on the Mississippi paddle boat, visit Roys at Wroxham. Also lots of other places to visit for days out and meals out.

We provide a cleaner who goes in between guests and cleans the caravan and makes the bed ready for the next arrivals. All of the bedding is provided, you just need to take your own towels and t-towels.

We ask for a £100 refundable security deposit which is returned to you after your stay and the cleaner has not reported any loss or damage.
