I have a 3 bedroomed caravan for hire, it sleeps 8 people, has a veranda, fan heating and oil filled radiators, fully equipped for a lovely family holiday by the sea. It's sited on a Parkdean Resorts site called California Cliffs Holiday Park at Scratby, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. The site has indoor/outside heated pools with flume, paddling pool. Kid Club, Cabaret entertainment nightly, also come

dians, singers etc, Disco, bar & restuarant and Snack Bar. Club passes are required to use the sites club house facilities and can be purchased from reception upon arrival. We have a cleaner go in between guests and she also makes the beds ready for your arrival.

If you are interested in booking a week we will require a £50 deposit to hold the week.

The balance can be paid in instalments at an amount and time to suit you.

We also require a £100 refundable security deposit. this can be paid with your final payment. This is returned to you after your holiday as long as there is no loss or damage.

We have a cleaner go in between guests, she will clean our caravan and make the beds ready for your arrival. No need to take your own bedding but please take your own towels and t-towels.

We have a key safe for easy key collection.

You need to have club passes to use the sites entertainment, swimming pool, kids club etc, these can be purchased upon arrival from the site reception. As a guide, the club pass price this year are £22.50 per person for a week during peak time. Off peak £14.00 per person. (adults & children are the same price, under 2's are free) **This price may go up next year**
