I have been remiss in forgetting a very special thank you. 😮

For as many years as I can remember, Julie was a cornerstone of Grasmere Caravan Park. With the change of Owners she decided it was the right time to step back and take some more time for herself and her family.
We truly could not have hoped for a more loyal and hardworking employee and friend. We know she will be greatly missed but she has earned a good rest!.. Although I keep saying she can come and help down the Chalets from time to time if she wants. You never know maybe she'll take pity on me. 😜😆

We are aware that many people are still awaiting contact information and details of what's to come for the Caravan Park from Serenity.
They are having to set up an entirely new system so understandably they haven't been able to provide this for us yet.
They are hoping to have a letter sent out to all Owners in the next couple of weeks.
Please do bear with them.

Welcome to the new year and new beginnings.

The Peers family are no longer the owners of Grasmere Caravan Park and by extension Peers Blake Holidays.
I understand this probably comes as a surprise to many people, after all we've owned Grasmere for over 80yrs! However in the changing climate we've come to accept that we are no longer the best option going forward. There will be a post up tomorrow which will hopefully have contact info for the new owners.

Thank you to the many, many people who have enriched our lives with their stories and larger than life personalities over the years.

We will still be living at no.9 and 7. as Liz and Tim will be assisting the new Owners as Wardens. Also we still have Wentworth Chalets. If you haven't liked our WW page and are a chalet customer you might wanna do that. 😉
