Mill Farm Eco Barns beautifully converted, stylish 4 and 1 bedroom eco holiday barns on the outskirts of the lovely village of winterton-on-sea in East Norfolk. Our Eco barn is a spacious open plan living, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The Hay Barn has1 double bedroom, living/kithchen dinner and a shower WC. free ranging chickens, free bikes and wonderful surroundings make this a perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Wonderful sandy beach and dunes only 10 minutes walk away.

Martham Ferry is 10 minutes from us — electric boats for 2–12 people, dogs welcome, kettles on board. One of our favourite things to recommend 😘

The swallows are back and nesting. ✨

Every spring they return to the same spots in our barns — on the allotment the asparagus is being enjoyed by guests. And the strawberries are almost ready.

This is our favourite time of year at Mill Farm ♥️🍓

Park behind Waxham Barns and head straight out along the coast — wide skies, sea air and endless views to start. 🌿
Wander into Sea Palling for a well-earned ice cream 🍦, then loop back along the dunes with beautiful views across to Waxham. It’s a quieter, wilder stretch and one of our favourites.
🌾 Tip: cover your legs — the nettles can be lively!
☕ Don’t miss a stop at the Dunes Café for tea with a view.
🥾 Approx. 3–4 mile circular (depending on your route) — easy, relaxed and perfect for a slow Norfolk day.

When we moved here, we wanted to create a place where could breathe again. 🌿
1,800 trees and one restored pond later, it’s a joy to watch the wildlife return. Even under these grey skies, we’re counting down to summer when the meadow truly comes alive. ☀️
