Bookings:-
Once initial contact has been made via Facebook (messenger), Telephone or Email to Head Strong Chalet, and dates have been agreed, we will send a booking form
detailing with the dates and how many nights. We will require a £75 Deposit to secure your Booking. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking will expire and the chalet will may be made available for others to book. Prior to this happening we will try to contact you just in case there has been an oversight. Upon receipt of your £75 Deposit your holiday will be confirmed and a receipt for your deposit will be issued. Booking Deposit:-
All bookings must be accompanied with a deposit payment of £75. A receipt will then be issued by Head Strong Chalet confirming your holiday booking. Please refer to email for balance and due date. Bookings made within 42 days of the start date of your holiday will require the full payment to be made with the booking. The deposit is a booking fee and is non-refundable in all cases. Damage Deposits:-
In addition to the booking deposit there is also a REFUNDABLE £75 security deposit. This will be refunded to you within 7 days after your holiday finishes. This is a damage deposit that will be refunded in full on condition that the chalet is left in the condition and as clean as your received it in, and there is no damage, breakages, lost keys, soiled beds or bed lined etc. Please remember this £75 is a damage deposit only and will be refunded to you within 7days of your holiday end date, so long as there has been no damages - breakages etc to our chalet. Its return to you will to be withheld buy ourselves without good reason. Balance Payment:-
The balance of payment for you holiday must be received by Head Strong Chalet not less than 42 days before the commencement of your holiday. Failure to make final payment by the due date will be regarded as cancellation of your booking. However we will try to contact you via phone or email just incase there is an oversight. The final balance due and its due date will clearly be displayed on your invoice. Checking in on the date day:-
We will contact you with the details on the security box code for the keys on the day of the start to your holiday when the chalet is ready for you. Chalet will be available from 4pm on the start date of your holiday. It may sometimes be possible to check in earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate this but please check with us beforehand so we can confirm. Checking out:-
Check-out of the chalet is at 10am on the day of departure. The chalet should be left clean and tidy and in the condition you received it in, with all rubbish removed from the chalet and deposited in the refuse bind situated on the site. You will be held responsible to make good or pay for any breakages or damage to the chalet and all its contents. We understand accidents happen and so small items such as the odd glass or cup that may be broken all we ask is if you will replace it. However, please make us aware of such breakages so we can replace for our next guests. You will be responsible for the security of the chalet during your holiday until you have been checked out of your chalet. the chalet will be checked on the day of your departure. If you would like us to be present when you check out, this can be arranged. Otherwise, please remember to leave the keys in the security box outside the chalet. Remember if extra work, cleaning or repairs are required to your chalet it could jeopardise the return of your security deposit. Lost keys:-
Lost or mislaid keys will incur a £40.00 charge per key. This charge will be collected at the time new key/keys are issued and includes the cost of call out. There may also be a delay in issuing you replacement keys as we may not always be in the vicinity of the holiday park. Head Strong Chalet reserve the right to refuse admission to :-
A) Any person including children not mentioned during our communication when booking. B) Any person, who in the opinion Head Strong Chalet are not suitable persons to take charge of the chalet. In these circumstances no refund of holiday monies paid will be refunded. The chalet is on a managed holiday park, and the site owner also has the right to ask any person or holiday maker to leave the site he considers their behaviour is not acceptable. In these circumstances no refund of holiday monies paid will be refunded by either Head Strong Chalet or the site owner, in addition and any cost incurred to evict will be pursued. Changes in your booking by Head Strong Chalet:-
In the unlikely event that your booked accommodation should become unavailable for any reason Head Strong Chalet will refund all monies paid to them. Head strong chalet shall not be liable for any additional expenses or consequential losses incurred or suffered by you. We will of course give you as much notice as is possible and will try out best to sort out any problems should they occur. Changes made by you:-
After your booking has been confirmed by Head Strong Chalet, should you wish to change the dates you have booked this will be deemed to be a cancellation provisions will apply so please ensure you book the weeks you require. Head Strong Chalet shall not be liable for the death of, or injury to any person (accept as prohibited by law), nor for any loss or damage to personal property of any person on holiday in our chalet. Cancelation:-
Your booking of a holiday chalet with Head Strong Chalet is a legal contract. If you cancel your holiday more than 42days prior to the arrival date fir the start of your holiday only your deposit will be lost. However if you cancel your holidays 42days or less from the start date the full balance will be due and no refunds of any monies paid will be made. Cancellations will be deemed to have been made when acknowledged by Head Strong Chalet. All male/female parties:-

Car parking:-
There is ample Free car parking and is a short walk from the chalet, however it is not reserved and is on a first come basis. All vehicles and their belonging are left at the owners risk. On-Site Facilities:-
There is a swimming pool, which you will need to book and pay as you go,
