To us, using local isn’t just a slogan, it’s about supporting our neighbours, honouring our roots, and serving you food and drink with genuine provenance. Today, we’re raising a glass to the brilliant local independent businesses who help make our pub what it is.
From crisp la**rs poured fresh from Bateman’s Brewery and small-batch Edwards Potato Vodka crafted at Elsham Wold Distillery, to the perfectly curated bottles brought to us straight from Steep Hill Wines in Lincoln, our bar is packed with true Lincolnshire talent. Over in the kitchen, we’re proud to feature the iconic, rich taste of Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese right across our menus, alongside fresh Grimsby haddock delivered straight from the coast to your plate.
