This caravan has many great features including double glazing and gas central heating, complete with folding sofa bed in lounge it can sleep a family of 6. PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER WE STRICTLY ENFORCE A NO SMOKING POLICY. This caravan is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with parking space. Caravan is within a couple of minute walk to both the beach and the golf course and a steady 5 - 10 minute walk to th

e entertainment complex and swimming pool. The caravan comprises a lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, shower room including toilet and sink, master bedroom with twin wardrobes, bedside cabinets and overhead cupboards above bed, ensuite toilet and sink. A twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and overhead cupboards. Outside there is a large veranda which is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or a late evening drink. The lounge area has a pebble effect electric fire installed. There is a 32" TV with built in Freeview and DVD player, selection of games and books. The folding sofa bed is located under the main sofa. The double french doors lead out onto the veranda with outside seating providing a safe area for young children to play. There is a fully equipped kitchen comprising a gas oven and hob with extractor over, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge/freezer. There are numerous cupboards where plates, glasses, mugs, etc are in plentiful supply. There is an iron and ironing board. The large master bedroom is equipped with plenty of storage cupboards and a twin wardrobe with drawers for your clothes. Hairdryer provided. There is also an ensuite which comprises a wash basin and WC and storage shelves. The twin bedroom comprises two single beds with wardrobe and storage cupboards, perfect for the children. Finally the shower room comprises a large walk in shower, plus wash basin with storage shelves above and also a WC. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. BEDS CAN BE MADE UP ON REQUEST FOR A SMALL EXTRA CHARGE. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. All bookings to be secured with £100 deposit this will also act as a damage/breakages bond which will be refunded, within 2 - 5 days subject to the caravan being left in a clean and tidy condition as you found it. The full balance will be payable 6 weeks before your arrival date. This price includes all gas and electric. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PARK PASSES THESE MUST BE PURCHASED DIRECT FROM THORPE PARK. Short breaks available. At 9.23am this morning I was informed that I was banned from entering the park where we do most of our sales (I'm not even going to name them in case they get their barristers on me).

We have always been very diplomatic and complied with everything they have asked of us over the last 4 years.

By 11.23am we had someone arranged to take our photographs, and since I am not allowed to communicate with the office any longer, we can't ask them to do viewings (which was something else I complied with from the start of 2020) we will also return to doing our own viewings.

Sure there will be some glitches whilst we work around the changes, but rest assured we will still be continuing to do what we do, getting the best outcomes for owners and buyers alike.

When I said I had always been diplomatic, perhaps now is the time to say that you can save thousands by buying privately, and you can also save massively on site fees buying privately.
