Rumours are circulating that our Events team wanted a day off after a busy summer but the truth is that we’ve got bigger and better plans to improve the way we showcase our venue, suppliers and staff.

BH Weekend Wedding 3/3 smashed it! 🙌🏼
Lost the groom later on but snagged a selfie with Bride.

A gorgeous wedding party and a packed dancefloor all night for the live band gave big Sunday night feels!

Just bang on tone from everyone including Party Table 4 👀 the “Cod Heads”

Proud of the whole team for their long shift energy! No moans, no groans, professional throughout. Every department communicating with each other to deliver outstanding results 👏🏼 Reflected in some extremely generous wedding party guests.

Loved this weekend as a whole but also a cheeky appreciation to the people at home who allow us to come and be party starters 🎉 looking after children, caring for others, holding down the personal so we can be “professional”

Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Judd-Cole! 👏🏼

Wedding 2 out of 3 for Bank Holiday weekend was beautifully curated by I Do Couture and certainly well catered! A stunning 3 course menu lovingly prepared by our talented catering team received endless compliments throughout the day and the evening buffet was a full on BBQ vibe.

The whole day went so fast that I (Jason) neglected to get a photo with the bride and groom so instead we took a team selfie for the night!

May have slipped a cheeky request to the DJ also which came on and rocked out to! 🤘🏼🎸

Congrats to the new Mr & Mrs King! 👏🏼💍

Our Bank Holiday weekend started with a bang, a genuinely wonderful couple with nice family and great guests.

They set the tone for everyone (inc staff) to make sure they jumped in the photobooth and left them a message on Happycakies Wedding Venue Decor & Event Stylists Grimsby phonebooth.

Glad we could arrange some personal touches also with a recorded bridal entrance track sung by their daughter; shoutout to Atlas bar on Clee North Prom 👌🏼 appreciated.

Magic moments throughout and not just with

All our team at the Hotel at and our suppliers went above and beyond for this one with Reception/Housekeeping/Kitchen/Maintenance all deserving a shoutout in those sometimes unseen, but never under appreciated roles 👏🏼 and suppliers doing some extras in case of the great British weather dynamic changes, think we got pretty lucky though… ☀️ throughout and ☔️ as soon we got inside to sit down!
