Jolly Farmer Ale House & Kitchen A family owned and run freehouse, just outside Guildford, Surrey. We represent a rare and endangered species. The family owned and run freehouse!

There are few left in Surrey and indeed only very few in the south of England. Our aim is simple. To fulfil the traditional function of the English country inn and provide our customers and guests with the highest possible standard of food, drink and accommodation. We strive to provide these in clean, attractive surroundings complimented by a warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. Our food is sou

rced from a range of local independent suppliers and from Smithfield Market in the City of London. Where possible we deal direct with independent and family brewers and continually try to improve the quality of the service we offer and hope that when you visit us at the ‘Jolly’ you will wish to return again and again.

Good evening fellow footy fans and quizheads! Our Jolly quiz on the 27th will start 30 minutes earlier at 8pm in order to allow our customers to head home for the Panama vs England game at 10pm. Should be a brilliant night for those wanting to test their intellect and then their bedtime alarms... come on England!
