Are you friendly, hardworking and passionate about delivering great customer service? Looking for your next challenge in hospitality? We’d love to hear from you!

We're looking for a Bar Catering Assistant to join our team on a 30-hour-per-week basis, working across our two hotel bars.

You’ll be part of a friendly Food & Beverage team, helping us create memorable experiences for our guests, from serving drinks and taking orders to making recommendations and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. 🥂

What you’ll be doing:
🍸 Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
🍸 Providing fantastic customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
🍸 Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
🍸 Processing cash and card payments accurately
🍸 Making the most of sales opportunities
🍸 Working closely with the wider team to deliver smooth, efficient service
🍸 Following health & safety, licensing and responsible alcohol service requirements

What we’re looking for:
🍻 Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
🍻 Friendly, confident communication skills
🍻 A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
🍻The ability to stay calm and work effectively in a busy environment
🍻 A willingness to support other areas of the hotel when required

Applicants must be 18+ and access to your own transport is highly beneficial.

We're looking for a Housekeeper / Rooms Assistant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. You'll play a key role in creating those all-important first impressions by ensuring our guest bedrooms are spotless, comfortable, and ready to make every guest stay as enjoyable as possible.

What you'll be doing:
✨ Preparing and cleaning guest bedrooms to the highest standards
✨ Following best-practice cleaning routines and hotel procedures
✨ Reporting any maintenance issues or faults you spot along the way
✨ Working alongside a supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

Working hours:
🕰Variable hours
🕰Weekdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm/1:30pm
🕰Weekends: 10:00am – 2:00pm/2:30pm
🕰Hours will vary depending on business levels, with additional opportunities available through our turndown service.
🕰Shifts are worked across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis, so flexibility is important.
