Lovely, homely, 2 bedroom cottage is located on the B3311, 1.5 miles away from Penzance train station and the centre of Penzance and 7 miles from St Ives, so ideally situated for all the lovely beaches and attractions located in West Cornwall. The bungalow is built at the back of Kenegie Manor holiday park, and although not part of John Fowler Kenegie park, all visitors have full use of the park

facilities, (during Kenegie Manor opening times, Easter-October), including indoor swimming pool, tavern and restaurant, tennis courts and sauna. ideally situated for St Michaels Mount where you can walk over to the island on the causeway or if you miss the tide, small boats are available. St Ives has one of the best beaches and views in the country and only a few minutes away in the car/ or ideally go via the park and ride as the short train journey has the most breathtaking views.

Hi Everyone, Christmas is now booked. New year still available. Dont forget the cottage is only few miles away from the best place in the country to celebrate new year (ST Ives). Let me know if your interested .

Winter Break needed???? Come visit Tolpedn, Tolpedn holiday cottage in Penzance, open all year for visitors. lovely views rain or shine. Plenty of fresh air, beautiful sea , and a lovely warm cottage to come home too. Hope to see some of you soon xx
