Our lovely holiday bungalow is situated in St Ann’s Chapel at Honicombe Holiday Park (aka Tamar Valley Holiday Park). Located near the Devon & Cornwall border, just 20 mins drive from both the Tamar bridge in Saltash, Tavistock and Liskeard. The closest villages are Gunnislake and Callington within a few miles. Tucked away on over 20 acres of natural woodlands amongst rolling countryside, surround

ed by nature and wildlife, the site remains relatively quiet year round, creating a feeling of calm & peace. A real escape, unlike what might be expected at typical holiday park. It is an ideal location to be based to further explore Devon & Cornwall at your leisure. The property is a lovely light & bright semi-detached building with two available bedrooms. One bedroom has a King size bed with memory foam mattress (Queen in USA), the other a double futon with memory foam topper, (guests say it’s very comfortable), and a small desk. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are all quite functional. We use the home ourselves so it comes with all the usual amenities and comforts of a real home. There is a terrace from which you can enjoy expansive views across the Tamar Valley towards Plymouth. We also accept small to average sized dogs and cats upon prior request.

Our lovely holiday home is FOR SALE! It has been valued at approx £50,000-£60,000. It is listed on the main sites such as RightMove etc via Doorsteps, an online agent that can save on the high agent fees so will be sold at a fair price. Probably the best value in the UK for this type of home!
