We are ready for our newest arrivals. We hope our guests enjoy their stay! We have plenty of room to relax indoors or outside, enjoy a drink, go for a coastal or woodland walk, whatever you fancy!

We are delighted to be open again! We are now taking bookings at the Barn in line with the easing of the Covid-19 restrictions. We are taking all the necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our guests as far as possible. We're also amending our Terms & Conditions temporarily to offer our guests either a change in date for their booking, or a refund of their deposit or full rental fee, if they are unable to stay in the Barn due to any future locally imposed Covid-19 restrictions or related health concerns.

We are situated in a rural location close to popular Suffolk Coastal sites, and the Barn has a partly-covered area outside within a large courtyard which offers our guests the choice to socialise or dine outdoors if they wish.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the directive for all non-essential travel to be stopped, we have temporarily closed our Barn until further notice. You are welcome to make enquiries for future dates if it would be helpful, and we can pencil dates in, but we are not confirming any bookings or taking deposits at the present time.

We look forward to welcoming guests again as soon as we are able to, and we hope that all our past and future guests stay safe and well.

We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and we want to wish all our guests, past and future, a Happy New Year!

To all our guests who have stayed with us in 2019, we enjoyed meeting you all, thank you for your lovely reviews & positive comments, and we hope to see you at the Barn again in the future!

We would also like to thank our colleagues who have helped us to keep the Barn running smoothly: Nicky of East Coast Laundry Services who does a fantastic job laundering our duvets; Jinnie of Clothing by Jinnie who recovered our much-loved settee; Becky of Southwold Tourist Information Online for local advertising; Scott of Burrell Electrics who promptly responds to our cries for help with all things electrical; Mark of Waveney Aerials who helps us with all things technical; Matthew of Other Brother Studios who designed our impressive website; Sadie who updates our social media, and the rest of our wonderful family who have been so interested and encouraging with our project - we do really appreciate your support!

And a special thanks to our neighbour Trish of Suffolk Coastal Cottages who promotes our Barn and works in partnership with us to offer our neighbouring properties.

We look forward to meeting lots of new guests in 2020!
