“Wow, just Wow.

We are fortunate to have lived in a beautiful part of the United Kingdom for over 20 years. Just over 3 years ago, we decided that it would be rewarding and only fair to share the beautiful Yorkshire countryside with others who would like to visit. And so, we developed an existing building that was in our garden and had been previously used as an office. Our vision was to create a homely, comforta

ble, well equipped space, perfect to chill out in. We wanted to make sure that the cottage is private but also to be on hand to help and advise our guests. So we created an outdoor seating area purely for the cottage. Inside is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, shower room with large walk-in shower (which is far better than our own shower!), bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv. There is an adjoining lounge area with sofa bed, additional sofa, dining table and large flat screen tv. We also wanted to make sure that guests have as many comforts as possible and so, Wi fi is available throughout and Netflix on both televisions free of charge. We opened our doors in April 2018 and have been fortunate to meet some lovely people and furry four legged friends, who have stayed with us. And judging by the comments that we have received, I believe that we have achieved what we set out to do. We have spent bank holiday weekend here and it is faultless, genuinely. Gorgeous place with everything you need and more. Jill and Matt are perfect hosts and are on hand should you need them. Following the success of Delf Nook, we now have another quirky property that is available to rent. It is our cosy, woodland Tiny House. Set in the same beautiful countryside, with it's own enclosed garden and separate parking, the Tiny House is a unique experience. We have been able to offer a back to nature experience with touches of luxury, including wifi, Netflix and underfloor heating. Lovely little trot out to Saltaire, a beautiful unesco village, created by Sir Titus Salt for his mill workers, the buildings are stunning and worth a visit if you're staying with us
