The building is entered via a key code pad, communal areas are modern, bright and spacious, having motion detecting light features. CCTV security systems are on all entrance and exits to the building. Each apartment has an LED touch pad entry system and intercom. Smithfield Serviced Apartments are a great alternative to hotels. Each 1 bedroom apartment also has a sofa bed in the lounge, bringing the sleeping capacity upto 4 in total. And our 2 bed En-suite apartment also has a sofa bed bringing the sleeping capacity unto 6 in total. Apartment 1 - Enter into small hallway, through to a large open plan living room and kitchen area, the high spec new kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge area has a double sofa bed, along with a wall mounted TV. Both En-suite bedrooms have Kingsized beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets, along with a hotel style shower room with fitted sink, WC and shower unit. This apartment is a great place for either family or friends to stay away with all the comforts of home. This private apartment has a separate entrance from the main building, though it shares the same car park & CCTV security. Apartment 2: Enter through hallway to find on the left a large hotel style shower room with fitted sink and WC, the bedroom is opposite having a luxury Kingsized bed, bedside shelving, a double wardrobe and chest of draws. The open plan living room and oak kitchen at the end of the hallway is sleek, housing a high spec new kitchen and integrated appliances, against a red back tile, the living area has 2 two seat sofa beds, a nest of tables along with a wall mounted TV, making this apartment a great little place to stay away.
