The house is based in the seaside resort of Harlech, in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, and has an abundance of activities and attractions close by. Apart from long, unspoilt stretches of sands, there are numerous walking trails along the beautiful coastline or through the Welsh countryside. The 'steepest road in the UK' leads you down to Lower Harlech and one of many local beaches, as well
as the renowned Royal St David's Championship Links Golf course and restaurant. Close to this is a swimming pool and climbing wall. The area also boasts many more attractions within a short distance. Harlech itself offers an array of bistros, cafes, take away restaurants and a local shop. Angorfa is currently undertaking a no expense spared renovation to offer top-class accommodation for holidays, short breaks or golfing trips. There are three king size bedrooms and one twin with additional beds if needed. The bedrooms are on the top two floors, all comfortably furnished and the two rear bedrooms also have the special views as do the bathrooms. On the first floor is a shower room where the toilet has possibly one of the best views in Wales! On the top floor is a luxurious bathroom with shower and bath. The ground floor/entry level has a welcoming snug with Smart TV and Xbox one, which is a perfect place to relax or to let the kids play. There is also the main lounge area, once again boasting amazing views out onto the golf course, castle and beach, with a large open roaring fire to keep you warm on a cold winters evening. The bottom floor of the house has a cloakroom, newly fitted kitchen with range cooker, full height fridge/ freezer and wine and beer chillers. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The well-fitted kitchen opens out into the dining room, with a large dining table and the family sitting room with open fireplace and smart TV. Large French windows open out onto the garden lawn, which has a swing seat at the end. This is an ideal place to sit and take in the magnificent views, whilst watching the sunset over the castle and bay.
