We are so lucky to have several nature reserves within half an hour's drive away. Today we visited three small ones just outside Diss.
Roydon Fen, Quaker Wood and Wortham Ling, all offer great walks for dogs on leads.
We then went to Suffolk Wildlife Trusts, Redgrave and Lopham Fen. This is the start of the River Waveney, with different length trails, through both fenland and woodland.
Free parking, toilets, visitor centre and picnic area. Definitely one of our favourites and so close.
