We’re delighted that our Head Chef Adam Westgarth will be taking to the stage at Living North LIVE at York Racecourse next weekend. 👨‍🍳

On Saturday 21st March, Adam will be hosting a live chef demonstration where he’ll be showcasing one of our new spring dishes whilst using produce from our own Estate.

A true field-to-fork moment that reflects the seasonal, local approach at the heart of our kitchen.

If you’re visiting the event, be sure to stop by the Chef Demonstration Kitchen to see Adam in action and hear more about the inspiration behind the dish.
