We’ve just received the loveliest review from Jean and Brian Jolly, who stayed with us again recently at West Croft Barn 💛

They’ve become like old friends over the years — the kind of guests who make hosting such a joy.

They always remember Monty (and he’s quite particular about who he likes… they’re definitely on his favourites list 🐾), and it’s always such a treat to see them arrive — and genuinely sad to see them leave.

Jean even brings me my favourite yellow roses as a thank you 🌼 which is such a thoughtful touch.

We’ve had a rather elegant new visitor at West Croft Barn these past few weeks… this stunning heron has made itself right at home by the stream. A beautiful and unexpected guest – we hope it sticks around a little longer! 🐦✨

Bonnie the Border Terrier has been living her best life on holiday in the Yorkshire Dales — all the way from Cornwall! 🐾💚

She’s explored the hills, sniffed every stone wall… and made herself quite at home.
Highlight of the trip? The Black Sheep Brewery in Masham — mainly for the air con 😜🍺
