Recommended walk......
Lovely sunny Sunday walk around the block...Pateley Bridge to Bewerley - stroll around the pond (watched and followed by Mr/Mrs Robin) in Fishpond Wood - Glasshouses - back to Pateley by the Dam and river side footpath.

Lovely riverside walk from Grassington towards Kilnsey....with a much needed stop for refreshments Hedgerow, Threshfield before heading home. I didnt make it as far as Kilnsey.....maybe next time! 🥾🥾🐾

We took a gamble when booking as there were no reviews for this new property but we needn't have worried. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. We felt immediately at home, I think this was because you weren't greeted with a long list of dos and don'ts, like we've encountered previously. It was peaceful, spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We cooked every night although there are places to eat 10 minutes walk away. We had great weather and sat out on the little balcony. We heard owls at night and even saw several shooting stars. There is great walking from the front door (most routes seem to require dogs on leads due to wildlife/livestock) and we enjoyed finishing our walks with a pint at The Crown in Pateley Bridge. The apartment is very dog friendly and the conservatory is great for cleaning up dogs before going in. The garden isn't secure for dogs but neighbours are very friendly. A cracking Airbnb with a helpful and responsive host.
