Proving just how great the stars are here. This was last night 11th Dec 2023 around 630pm. It had been an overcast day and it was still a little misty. But you can see just how many stars were there. The milky way was just visable too. It was taken with my Iphone and is unedited save for cropping square. It is a bit parky though - so I went inside for a beer

Did you know Hartland Peninsula is one of the darkest places in the UK. With simply a pair of binoculars you can view the Milky Way in all its glory, along with distant galaxies and sparkling star clusters and you can even see the rings of Saturn. Perfect way to have a beer or a glass of wine while enjoying the spectacular view above you.
