FOR SALE our amazing caravan down at crimdon dene that holds lots of special memories not just for our family but also the lovely guests who have stayed here over the last few years.

The caravan has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a spacious living and dining area. It has full central heating and double glazing

The caravan is also wider than most so you have plenty of space to relax.

We are situated a couple of minutes walk from the shop and clubhouse.

We will be selling all the contents with the caravan so it's ready for anyone to move into or rent straight out.

Included is:
Smart tv in living room
Smart tvs in the two single rooms
Dvd combi tv in double room
Fridge freezer (18 month old)
Air fryer
Matching microwave, kettle and toaster
Pans and cooker top steamer
Plates, cereal bowls, pasta bowls (8people)cups and glasses
Cutlery and utensils
Board games
Bedding

Its a hard thing to say but we are selling our amazing caravan due to a change in our circumstances.

I am going to be selling the caravan with everything included so its all ready for anyone to go straight into.

I would like to say thankyou to all my guests that I have had over the last few years ❤️

We are coming to the end of another amazing season. I have some last minute availability for the October half term, which is also the last dates before the clubhouse closes. We are still available for booking over the winter and will look forward to welcoming everyone back next year
