Exciting News from CoStays Apart Hotel!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new apart-hotel in the Park End area of Middlesbrough on the third floor of the iconic TAD Centre building.

It’s been designed specifically for contractors and business travelers working locally, and we also welcome families and couples to stay. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a few months, we’ve got you covered with comfortable, fully-equipped accommodations.

Addressing the Rumors:

We want to clarify that our hotel is exclusively for business travellers, contractors, and will not be used to for social or immigration housing. We’re committed to contributing positively to the local community and economy.We invite you to visit us and see for yourself the quality and professionalism we offer.
