Sad to see our decking was damaged but the guest has been OK about it. Getting quote for repair and then see how we can best resolve it.

Caravan reset for guests arriving today. They wanted the twin made into a double. First time setting it up this way.

So tried something different with the throws and towels.

When its a slow start to bookings, then 2 bookings today!!

May dates nearly full.

Also have availability from now until 24th April.

This was the first year they have done this and we won the site competition. Feels bitter sweet though as we really made an effort, whereas others didn't seem to do the same. Hoping this spurs other Owners on to dress their caravans in future.

Already planning Halloween 🎃. Hoping it will be even better than this.

Cameron who is stood next to Mum, has announced he is leaving as he has got the job of a lifetime, Entertainments Manager for the Disney Cruise Line.

It will be sad to see him go, and hoping the new manager will continue his amazing work in creating events for guests and owners.

Caravan will be free to rent from Monday 13th April to 23rd April, minus decorations 😀

Quite upset that we seemed to be the only ones that made an effort to dress up the caravan for today's judging.

Oh well, we had fun doing it 🤣

Still a lot to do but progress made over the last 2 days. Still jave bulbs to put in, but want to split and move the clumps already there first. It is taking a while due to the roots created by the plants already there. I've removed what I think will be masters as they intertwined with everything, including the sedum.

Managed to break up the clump of sedum into 8 plants, 2 are in the blocks at the end by the car.

Planted one of the rosemary we bought.

Need to bank up around the rose I found as I can't dig the root out or get it any lower in the ground. If anyone has any ideas for this so it looks nice and the soil doesn't wash away, please let me know.

Lovely to do the garden and meet some locals, guest and other caravan owners too.

Just hope the site get rid of the garden waste for me or it will be going in the big red waste bins.

Busy day today at the caravan. Still a lot to do but looking more tidy and better now with the stones around the edge that was overgrown.

Lots of branches and waste made that the site are to remove.
