Two entrepreneurs. Two very different businesses. One thing in common — putting the work in.
I’ve just had a lovely stay at Number 46 in Hastings, and I wanted to give a little shout-out to Rick the person behind it.
From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was brilliant. A warm welcome, a fantastic host, a beautiful place to stay — and a breakfast that definitely deserves a mention! ☕🥐
What struck me most was the pride and care that goes into running a small independent business. It’s the little things, the thought that goes into the experience, and the personal touch that really make a difference.
As someone who has recently started my own small business, I really appreciate how much work goes on behind the scenes to make a business successful.
We may work in completely different businesses, but there’s definitely something we have in common — building something of our own, putting the work in and caring about what we deliver.
So, if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Hastings, I can thoroughly recommend Number 46 I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.
