***NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR THE 2024 SEASON***
With Combe Haven (a Haven park situated between Hastings and Bexhill-on-Sea) reopening in March we are now taking bookings for the 2024 season for our recently renovated caravan. The caravan has generously sized living space, 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
BEDROOMS: a double, a twin and bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms have wardrobe space. Bedding is provided for your stay.
LIVING SPACE: roomy, comfortable, TV with Freeview, loads of DVD’s for movie nights and a Bose speaker. Corner dining table for meals together.
KITCHEN: well stocked galley kitchen with gas hob and oven, air fryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. Tea towels provided for your stay.
BATHROOM: Shower, sink and toilet. Hand towels included. Please bring your own bath and pool towels.
WC: Additional separate toilet.
LOCATION: situated in a quieter area of the park, the caravan is within close walking distance to 1 of the clubhouses (with soft play and pool tables) and can easily access the main entertainment complex. We are also within walking distance to Aldi, Costa Coffee and Greggs (all off park), as well as the sea and various nature walks.
THE PARK: Combe Haven offers a wide range of facilities, activities and entertainment. There are numerous outdoor play areas throughout the park including an adventure playground, both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor entertainment complex, multi-sports court, climbing wall, amusements arcade, indoor soft play, nature trail, pool tables and a creative studio. Activity wise there are some free and some paid for activities including; roller disco, junior segways, footgolf, archery, football, bug hunt, den building, children’s daytime and evening entertainment with the parks entertainment cast, daily bingo and nightly entertainment from singers and bands to magicians. On-site their is 1 restaurant (Mash and Barrel), Costa Coffee, Cooks fish and chips takeaway, Burger King and Papa Johns - which can also be delivered directly to your doorstep! Retail wise, there is a mini market, fun shop and swim shop for all your essentials.
NEARBY: if beaches are your thing then you have your pick; Hastings, St Leonard’s and Bexhill-on-Sea are on your doorstep, slightly further afield but within a 35 minute drive are Eastbourne and Camber Sands and within an hour are Brighton and Dungeness. Hastings and all it has to offer is only a short car or bus journey away (less than 3 miles) and offers the smugglers caves, blue reef aquarium, a pier, shopping centre, many restaurants and bars, a skate park and even a castle! Other local sightseeing includes; Battle, Drusillas Park, Rye, Bodiam Castle and the Bluebell railway.
