The Laindons Boutique Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Hastings Old Town.

Originally a coaching house, this beautiful Georgian Grade II listed building has been totally refurbished. The interior, while retaining the integrity of its period is a contemporary seaside escape.

A little festive magic at the Laindons ✨

Join us for a creative afternoon learning the beautiful art of foil embossing with the lovely Jennie of Jennie

You’ll create a set of 6 unique embossed leaf decorations using copper and gold foil. Gorgeous ornaments for your Christmas tree or a very special handmade gift. All materials provided, with expert guidance for all abilities.

Expect a cosy fire, and festive drinks & treats, in our beautiful conservatory overlooking the East Hill🥂

We were very excited to host the wonderful Tom Read Wilson while he was in Hastings performing his show “The A-Z of Me” at the White Rock Theatre ✨ we couldn’t resist asking for a picture!

What a summer it’s been! An enormous THANK YOU to everyone who has stayed with us over the last few months. We’ve loved welcoming you all and seeing you discovering (or rediscovering) our lovely little corner of Sussex ❤️

Now we are looking forward to a cosy autumn in Hastings 🍂 Crisp countryside walks, lighting the fire, long lazy roast dinners, and of course bonfire night 🔥 Come and stay! x

A little love letter to the Old Town, through the eyes of one of our fabulous guests. The beautifully restored funicular climbing the east hill, the historic houses, beautiful churches, unique fishing huts and working boats resting on the shingle beach. There’s something special around every corner ❤️

Norman’s book “111 Places In Hastings and Rye that you shouldn’t miss” is a wonderful guide, full of cool things to do and see.
