The Laindons Boutique Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Hastings Old Town.

Originally a coaching house, this beautiful Georgian Grade II listed building has been totally refurbished. The interior, while retaining the integrity of its period is a contemporary seaside escape.

Breakfast is very important to us! We love giving our guests the chance to sit back, savour a leisurely breakfast, and plan the day ahead in Hastings at their own pace.

There’s no rush, and you certainly won’t leave the table feeling hungry…

The Red Room ❤️ Warm and welcoming, with a sprinkling of Frida Kahlo energy. Rich reds and distinctive design details give this room a personality of its own. Complete with luxurious linen from and views over the Old town from the large sash windows, it’s the perfect base for a little Hastings escape…

After a busy day exploring Hastings, there’s nothing better than a moment of calm at the beach to reset before dinner 🥰 The sea is chilly but so refreshing. Perfect for tired legs if you’ve been walking or cycling in the sunshine.

Fancy breakfast in bed? We can deliver your hamper to your room. Prefer a change of scenery? Let us pack everything picnic-ready for brekkie by the sea 🌊

For a small extra charge, you can enjoy a laid-back breakfast experience featuring delicious options like our bacon, Brie & local chilli jam muffin or a gorgeous breakfast burrito.

Whether it’s a cosy morning in bed or a chilled picnic on the beach, simply let us know at check-in and leave the rest to us.

A few shots from Jack in the Green 2026 💚 beautiful and bonkers in equal measure. We had a full house at the Laindons with many guests joining us on the front steps for a prime view of the amazing procession. What a wonderful weekend! Thank you to all the volunteers who decorated the old town, the Laindons looked gorgeous in green! 🍃
