Sladen Lodge is the perfect place for family and friends to get together for special occasions, reunions or just a relaxing getaway! 🥳

Based in Hathersage and with a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway, there is always something for everyone to enjoy. 😁

We still have some mid week stays available in August and September. Pack the car up or jump on a train and enjoy a 4 night stay for £2000. 🤩

Starting from the 5th July, Hathersage Gala is in full swing! A week full of fun and traditional events, with a big parade with many homemade floats and a carnival with something for everyone to end off the Gala week.😁

Festival season has started in the Peak District. 🥳

Around the Peak District, village communities come together and enjoy live music, tasty food and create amazing festivals. 😆

In Hathersage it is known as Gala. A week full of silly games such as the traditional wheelbarrow race and sports, like the challenging fell race. All ended with a big parade of people from the village dressed up and a carnival at the football field. 🍺

If you are in the Peak District, keep an eye out for loud music and a big crowd, as there may be a village festival happening. 😁

Visit all the famous attractions like Winnats Pass or Ladybower Reservoir. 🌳
Why not relax in one of the local pubs and cafes, like The George or Cintra's Cafe & Gardens.🍺
