was previously owned by a local racehorse trainer, he would travel across the UK with up to 5 race horses on board. How could we not name this larger-than-life lorry after one of the most famous champion racehorses the world has ever seen, three time Grand National winner Red Rum. Carwyn & Emily longed to create a home away from home for their children and cocker spaniel Miss Ivy, not too far from their home, close to the sea and with lots of fresh air to take time out. Carwyn & Emily poured all their time, energy, and passion into building Red Rum’s Retreat and every little touch has been thought through carefully. The renovation attracted attention of Channel 4’s George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces and is featured in the latest series which can be watched back on All4. Welcome to Red Rum’s Retreat!
