Hi,
A happy Christmas and New Year to everybody, especially all of my owners and visitors. Well it's nearly the start of our final year here at Haven Court, it seems strange after 24 years to be even contemplating it. I never thought all those years ago that I would be here at the end, but it's been a good time overall.
At the time of writing, we still have no idea what is happening to the apartments after we have closed as a Timeshare, no doubt it will become clearer over the coming months.
The village is really quiet at the moment, but will no doubt burst into life over the next couple of weeks, unless those lovely people in Cardiff decide otherwise.
We are busy on the resort over the next few weeks, even into the first week of January which is really good to see.
Once again have a happy, and safe, Christmas.

Hi,
Again it's been a while since I jotted something down on here, the summer is now well and truly behind us, with autumn now firmly here, today sees wet weather and strong winds, a massive change from just a week or so ago.
The resort has gone a lot quieter, as has the village, we do have rental space coming up over the next few weeks if you fancy a change of scene, even if the weather may be a little unpredictable.
The AGM for the resort is fast approaching, just a few weeks away now, Wednesday 10th of November, in Market Harborough, 11am start.
The ghost walks have started again with good numbers in attendance, also with a couple of new stories to scare the visitor.
I have posted a few summer pictures to to remind you all of what it's like down here.

Hi,
A while since I posted a few words on here, the reason is simple.....it's been a manic summer season, not just on the resort, but in the village and Pembrokeshire as a whole. Lots of people around enjoying the holiday season, especially after the last 18 months of lock downs etc.
We have been really busy on the resort, lots of familiar faces back in their normal yearly time slot. The weather has been, overall, excellent which always helps.
With only 15/16 months left before we close, we are still looking after Haven Court, as I write this the outside of the building is being repainted, same colours as before, but already looking fresher.
We still have a few rental spaces coming up over the next few months, if you fancy an Autumn break, please contact Resort Solutions for details.
I'll try not to leave it as long before my next missive, hopefully have pictures by then too.

Hi, It's been a while since I have posted anything on here, the photo's from earlier today were taken by the lovely Sally from Resort Solutions, I could not have done better myself. They show Little Haven at it's best, before the crowds of the day invade the village. Pembrokeshire is looking really good at the moment, a good place to visit when the sun is shining, Last week we did an evening boat trip around Ramsey Island, with family who were down for the week, the bays were full of Seals and nesting seabirds and there were Puffins and Manx Shearwaters off North Bishop island, a truly amazing and magical evening.

Hi all,
An hour long stroll from Haven Court to the view point at the top of Strawberry Hill and along the coast path/sheep fields back to the point, a lovely sunny day, but blustery and very muddy under foot after a night of heavy rain.
All is quiet here in the village still, no one around to make a noise, but we are looking forward to re-opening eventually and welcoming back all our visitors, it does not seem right to be closed like we are.

Hi all,
A Christmas week of wind and rain here in Little Haven, it really is most depressing, but always good to walk up to the point and get blown away.
We are still closed , obviously, with no news yet of when we can reopen, soon I hope.

Well, what a funny few months recently, a busy summer and then a quiet autumn and another lockdown.
We are now closed until 15th December and I am on reduced hours until then, I am really finding it hard to find things to do outside of work now I have all these hours to play with.
The committee has decided to continue spending some money on improvements, the major item is the re-carpeting of the stairs in both blocks.

Hi everybody,
Well, it's been a while since I posted on here, we have been busy getting ready for re-opening which we did last Saturday, just a few owners in to get us off to a soft start after nearly 4 months being out of the routines.
From this Saturday [18th], we are busy again and looking at the bookings over the next 7/8 weeks it seems we have a lot of owners coming, which is always nice to see, at anytime of the year.
Last Sunday was a trip up to the Dear Park at Martins Haven, a beautiful sunny day, but very windy, It's always a great walk around the headland and is my favourite spot in Pembrokeshire. Great views across the sound to Skomer and all around St Brides Bay.
The pubs in the area are open again, outside only at the moment, but at least it's a step in the right direction.
I hope everybody is safe and well, if you are coming to see this year we look forward to greeting you back at Haven Court.
