A great little campsite. We'll be back!
St Davids Bunk Barns offers one of the nicest campsites ever. The owner, Rob, is super helpful and on hand to help with any requests. The setting is fabulous on a headland above Caerfai Beach with a view North across the whole of St Brides Bay with Skomer in the distance and South towards Ramsey Sound. The site is superbly open, spread across four fields so that there is plenty of room for children (or adults) to play and run free- or just to stay by your pitch and soak up the view of the sunset as it goes down over St Davids. St Davids is so close that you can hear the Cathedral bell coming over the fields. You could walk there or along the coastal path with quick access to Caerfai Beach. You can go on a kayak adventure with Mayberry Kayaks, the best in the business and the kids can enjoy coasteering with local company tyf. The facilities are good: cleaned very regularly and well maintained. Rob has just started offering "Barn Bites", a well priced cooked on site meal service. This site is a gem and deserves to be better known. The other sites nearby are very tightly crowded and expensive by comparison and not as nice.
