Still no news from Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority regarding camping this year. Dragging their heels is an understatement!😡
We can’t post what we would like to say but please do get in touch for further info regarding camping with us this year!

A long overdue note regarding our 2026 season. Please read:
From 1st January this year Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority exclusively withdrew every 28 day camping right from operators such as ourselves and we now have to apply for full planning permission.
On 3rd January we submitted our application which in March was refused. We have since resubmitted an application and are waiting for the outcome. Until we have the Parks decision we cannot say if we will be allowed camping this year but we have everything crossed that we may be able to open in August 🤞🤞
Camping has taken place at Carn-Nwchwn Farm since 2012 (infact anecdotal evidence suggests my grandfather allowed camping back in the 1950's). We are responsible farm/campsite owners, we care about our environment. We do not overcrowd our fields, our campers have always been respectful, well behaved and quiet. We look after our land, making sure it goes back to agricultural use once the last of our campers have left. No harm is caused to surrounding fields, coast path, beach or the iron age fort (which many of our campers don't even know extists and which the coastal path runs alongside anyway). A few campers for 28 days a year has very little impact.
The last couple of months have been exhausting. Without camping the winter is going to be financially very long.
We remain hopeful as we have addressed all of the National Parks concerns. Please watch this space as we will let you know the outcome shortly.
