Why Guests Return

One of the loveliest compliments we receive is when guests say:

“It just feels like coming home.”

Many of our visitors have been holidaying in Broad Haven for years — some returning generation after generation — and we never take that loyalty for granted.

There’s something wonderfully comforting about knowing your favourite beach, favourite walk and favourite view are all waiting for you again.

Sometimes a few days by the sea is all you need. 🌊

We have availability in Apartments 2 and 3 from Thursday 18th and Friday 19th June, and both are available for shorter breaks as well as full weeks.

It’s Friday changeover day which means:

One of our favourite things is hearing that first reaction when guests walk in and spot the sea view properly for the first time.

Goodbye & Welcome

Today we say goodbye to some lovely guests and hello to new arrivals checking into Seaview Apartments. ❤️

We never quite get used to how quickly holiday weeks fly by.

To those heading home today — thank you for choosing Broad Haven for your break. We hope you’re taking home sandy shoes, happy memories and at least 400 photos of sunsets.

And to our arriving guests… welcome! Your seaside reset starts now.

There’s a particular moment in June when Broad Haven suddenly starts to feel like summer again.

The evenings get longer, the beach gets busier, and guests begin arriving with paddleboards, buckets and spades, and enough snacks for a small expedition. 🌊☀️

We still think there’s something rather special about waking up to sea views and being less than two minutes from the sand.

One of the loveliest things about this time of year in Pembrokeshire is the hawthorn beginning to flower along the lanes.

These quiet little walks — birds singing, the scent of blossom in the hedgerows, and the occasional need to step aside for a tractor — are the sort of simple moments that stay with you long after a holiday ends.

It’s easy to see why so many guests return year after year for the peace, the scenery, and that slower pace of life.

There’s always something rather lovely about changeover day — one chapter ending and another beginning, all in the space of a few hours.
