👋 Meet David, our new Operations Manager

We’re very pleased to welcome David to the team as our new Operations Manager for The Suffolk Hotel, Tiger Fusion and The Gainsborough.

David will be working closely with our teams across the hotel and Tiger Fusion, helping us continue to raise standards, develop the guest experience and make sure everything runs smoothly across the day-to-day operation.

Whether you’re checking into the hotel, joining us for cocktails and dinner at Tiger Fusion, or celebrating something special with us, David will be helping to make sure the experience you receive is exactly what it should be.

There are lots of exciting plans ahead for both The Suffolk Hotel and Tiger Fusion, and David will be a big part of helping us bring them to life.

💼 The Role

As part of the team at The Suffolk Hotel, you'll ensure our bedrooms and public areas are presented to the highest possible standard, helping every guest enjoy a warm, welcoming and memorable stay.

⏰ Hours

Typically 7:00am starts until early afternoon.
Some weekend working is essential.
Flexible hours can be considered for the right candidate.

🫰Salary

National Minimum Wage, with opportunities to grow as the business continues to develop.

👀 We're looking for someone who

✔ Has exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Takes real pride in cleanliness and presentation.
✔ Is confident, friendly and happy speaking with guests.
✔ Is reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
✔ Wants to be part of a small team that genuinely cares about quality.

Experience in housekeeping is an advantage, but a great attitude and exceptional attention to detail are more important.
