Hawick Community Pump Track Group

Hawick Community Pump Track Group A free to use pumptrack, in the Border town of Hawick. Plans for a pump track within Hawick. The venue will cater for all abilities and all ages.

We feel Hawick is missing out on the facilities other towns have. Our aim is to give people the opportunity to participate in cycling activities, improve their skills on the bike and keep them fit. This will be a great addition to the town and sporting facilities. We are trying ascertain how many people would be interested in a facility like this and would like to get involved. At the moment we ha

ve a 20yr lease on the old tennis courts in Wilton Lodge Park, we will have meetings, make posts and keep you up to date as best we can!. Anyone with questions or queries drop a mail on here.

Just a quick reminder that we are having a meeting in Wednesday 23rd April at 7pm in the Border Club. Two members of the committee are stepping down and they need to be replaced so that we have a functioning committee that can keep the pumptrack open and running.
If you can spare an hour a month to help keep the pumptrack open please come along.

You might have seen that we are having a meeting Wednesday 23rd April at 7pm in the Border Club. Two members of the committee are standing down for personal reasons.
The pumptrack needs a committee to keep the insurance paid, the grass cut, and raise funds for the lights.
We are looking for volunteers to join the committee to help keep the pumptrack running and being new events to the track.
