Just on the other side of the village, you’ll find the path to lead you to Dolly’s Orchard 🍎.

A gorgeous little spot to look over at the mountains and have a bit of lunch. perfect for dogs who might not vibe well with other pooches and just need that decompression 🐶.

But as a reminder, there are early growing apple trees located here, please be respectful ☺️.

just up past the house you’ll find a road that leads to a charming little spot en route to named Tarn Hows. about 30 minutes walking distance another 50 so to do the full stretch to Coniston boasting a good 6 miles 😅.

Our two living areas. - the “den” at the back of the house provides hours of family memories with board games, brand new smart television & Xbox series X. Complete with two controllers for all of those FIFA tournaments for the kids.. and the adults too 😂.

Secondly we have the quiet/reading room, for anyone just looking for solitude from the madness of the family. Complete with log burner and small tv if wished for. gorgeous art work and lots of Cumbrian history to read up on. 🤓
