11.30am Friday 6 December 2024

Tomorrow, on Saturday, to keep everyone safe, there will be no outdoor gazebo stalls in the village. However, the festive fun will continue indoors in the MARKET HALL, PARK HOUSE, THE OLD GRAMMAR SCHOOL, THE OLD POST OFFICE & HAWKSHEAD PRIMARY SCHOOL with lots of stalls, entertainment and music AND all the shops, restaurants and pubs will be open too.

We have lots of people already staying in Hawkshead especially for the Christmas Fair weekend, but please only travel here if it is safe to do so.

On Sunday, the Christmas Fair will be in full swing and (hopefully if all is well) resume as normal. The Lantern Parade and Christmas Carols will now take place on Sunday 8 December at 4pm.
