Cusop Mill Cottage is very busy and several people are coming back for a second visit but we have plenty of vacancies in October and November when the apples are ripe and cider is plentiful. We even have a local apple brandy now. There is nothing better than a good walk on Offas D**e and coming back to an indulgent but well deserved dinner and a rewarding drink. This is our garden with jungle growth.

We have already had a Christmas booking for 2023 so we are much in demand so book early for a fantastic cottage which has plenty of parking area but is only 20 minutes walk from a pub.

Cusop Mill Cottage is wonderful in mid Winter as the central heating is efficient and the countryside is beautiful and on clear days the views are magnificent.
This is the cottage garden but do not be worried about the snow as this was a freak snow storm 3 years ago in March!

We are having a very busy summer after all no airport to battle in and just a gentle drive through green countryside to an area where the birds sing and you can really relax. Even in winter as the cottage has excellent heating and you do not need the sun for bracing walks and Hay on Wye is the book town where you can look at books for ever.

Like many others we have been very busy but no bookings yet for late January and February. They are good months for a stay in a cosy cottage and the snow drops and crocus bulbs and maybe early daffodils are budding. Great for bracing walks and browsing in the book shops. Dogs are even welcome. Our own dog as you can see is a keen gardener.
