🛖 How lovely is the Sail House Yurt looking in the sunshine ☀️

Tucked away in nature, at the far end of our the Pengelly Retreat wild swimming lake - the perfect hideaway for relaxing, bird watching, swimming & paddle boarding.

And equally easy for getting out & about to explore Cornwall - pop to stunning beaches on N & S coast, head out for some amazing Cornish seafood in Porthleven or potter over to St Ives to wander the cobble streets & shops. All within easy 15-25 minute drives.

We still have a little summer availability in this beauty, so head to the Pengelly Retreat to book. Sleeps 2 (plus 1 child) and your dog welcome too 🐶

☀️ Fun in the Cornwall sun! ☀️

We’ve been basking in lovely warm temperatures and sunshine over the past few days. While the rest of the country was stifling, there’s always the fresh sea air and distinctly bracing sea to keep you cool in Cornwall 😎

And the waves at Praa Sands were absolutely perfect for body boarding this week. One of our favs for a beach hang out, just 15 mins from Pengelly Retreat. Happy half term days! 🤩

Yurt of Dreams! At Pengelly Retreat in west Cornwall 🛖 💚🌿💦

The perfect little hideaway in nature with all the luxurious touches you could want - including en-suite bathroom with 🛁 and flush WC, cosy log burner 🔥 , oh so comfy double bed 😴 and fully equipped kitchen.

And right outside your door a stunning wild swimming lake, private deck & pontoon, sundeck with cocoon chair looking over the lake and outdoor heated shower 💦

We have some availability over the spring & summer months but it won’t be there for much longer… so head to the Pengelly Retreat website to book your stay.

Sleeps 2 adults in a double bed plus 1 additional futon bed for a child on req. Your dog is very welcome too! 🐶

✨ Starry starry night skies at the Pengelly Retreat lake ✨

Thank you very much to our recent cabin guests who took these gorgeous shots of the clear night sky above the Boat House Cabin at Pengelly.

The dark skies full of stars are so beautiful here 🤩 and viewing them by the lake with the peaceful sounds of nature all around is just magical.
