A family run, friendly, simple pop up campsite in the beautiful village of Gwithian, in Cornwall. A stones throw from the pub, a short walk to the beach, and with owners who can sort you out with surfing lessons and bike hire, this is the perfect place for your Cornish holiday.

Fancy living in paradise for the summer? We are looking for someone to live on site in return for light cleaning duties. We are a small campsite in the beautiful coastal village of Gwithian. Work entails roughly 40 minutes a day - cleaning two loos and showers, tidying the communal area and emptying bins. Ideally this is done early morning so can fit easily around other work. We live on site so are always around so time off isn’t an issue as we can always fill in.
The site is close to the friendly village pub, a short walk from the beach and easy access to Hayle, St Ives and surrounding areas. We don’t have accommodation to offer on site, just a pitch and share of communal facilities. Previous occupants of the post have lived in vans which has worked well.
We need someone from June to the end of August but shorter periods (minimum one month commitment) could work too.

We have just had a cancellation in Reuben’s Cube from Wednesday for 8 nights! Other than this the Cube is fully booked until the end of August so if you fancy some summer glamping, this could be your last chance.
Shared facilities with the rest of the site and your own glamping pod with comfy bed, outdoor cooking facilities, all your cooking equipment provided and friendly chicken neighbours!

We are open for the season! Just in time for the Red River Inn beer festival. Great music on for the next two nights and more beer than the village can drink so please come along and help us.

The weather is set fair and we’ve had a last minute cancellation in Reuben’s Cube. It’s free from 27th July to 1st August (5 nights) and we’re offering it to FB followers at the bargain price of £50 per night. If you fancy staying in our cosy, bijou shepherd’s hut on the campsite drop us an email. You get all the joy of camping with your own lockable space, all the cooking equipment provided, a comfy bed and outdoor and indoor dining space.
