This is a comfortable, quiet spacious holiday home that easily sleeps 6 in full-sized beds in various combinations. We have 3 bedrooms - one twin room and 2 other rooms which can be configured as super-king beds or 2 x full-size singles. One bedroom and shower room are located on the ground floor so are suitable for less mobile visitors. A well-equipped kitchen-diner with ample seating for 6 peopl
e is available and there is a large rear garden (mostly lawn) for children to play in - some garden games are provided. The house is 15 mins walk from the quieter beaches in Heacham, or the larger (and buiser) resort of Hunstanton is just a couple of miles up the road. We are ideally situated to explore all of North Norfolk's coastline, many attractions and nature reserves in the area. Sandringham is a short dive away if you fancy joining the Queen for tea one day. The comfortable and spacious lounge includes a SmartTV with live and various catch-up services available - you can log in to your Netflix/Prime account etc. on the TV if you wish. The two larger bedrooms also include Freeview TVs. As part of the open-plan area on the ground floor, there is a 'reading corner' and a desk space should you need it.
